Brought to the attention of all staff at Shinji Junior High this morning.....Beware of Bear! The warning was issued in Matsue a couple of weeks ago. If its the same bear we don't know...we can only hope this great Japanese bear migration of 2007 passes without harm to bear or human.

All after school sports practices have been postponed until said bear is located and dealt with accordingly. Feeling a certain since of community duty, I went for an evening run in hopes to lure the beast out. No luck, tomorrow I shall do so again after smearing honey on my legs.
